• Business data you enter — leads, contacts, pipelines, notes, invoices, quotations, and any details you or your team add to your workspace.
• Payment information — when you subscribe, payments are processed by our payment partner, Razorpay. We do not store your full card or bank details on our servers.
• Integration data — if you connect a channel such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Lead Ads, we store the access tokens needed to receive your leads, in encrypted form.
• Usage and device data — basic technical information such as log data and cookies used to keep you signed in and to keep the Service secure.

How We Use Your Information

• To provide, operate, and maintain your CRM workspace.
• To process subscriptions and payments.
• To send important account, transaction, and service emails (for example, OTPs and lead notifications).
• To deliver leads captured from forms and connected channels into your account.
• To protect the Service against fraud, abuse, and security threats.

Data Isolation (Multi-tenant)

Bell CRM is multi-tenant. Each business gets its own isolated workspace. Your leads and business data are private to your workspace and are never shared with other customers.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with trusted service providers who help us run the Service, and only as needed:

• Razorpay — to process subscription payments.
• Email/SMTP provider — to deliver transactional emails you have configured.
• Meta — only if you connect Meta Lead Ads, to receive your own leads.
• When required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.

Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted passwords, encrypted integration tokens, secure (HTTPS) connections, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we delete or anonymise your workspace data within a reasonable period, except where we must keep certain records (for example, invoices) to meet legal or tax obligations.

Your Rights

You may access, update, or request deletion of your personal information by contacting us. You can edit most of your account and business details directly from your dashboard settings.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to operate the Service securely. These are required for the application to function.

Children

The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 18.
