Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains how you can cancel your Bell CRM subscription. Bell CRM is a product of Ladderbell.

Cancel Anytime

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops your subscription from renewing at the end of the current billing cycle. There are no hidden cancellation charges.

Access After Cancellation

When you cancel, you keep full access to the Service until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. After that period ends, your workspace moves to a locked state and you will need to subscribe again to regain full access. Your data is retained as described in our Privacy Policy.

Refunds on Cancellation

Cancellation and refund are separate. If you cancel within 3 days of a payment, you are eligible for a full refund of that payment under our Refund Policy. After the 3-day window, the current cycle is non-refundable, but you will not be charged again once you cancel.

How to Cancel

• Email us at support@ladderbell.com from your registered email address with your company name, or
• Request cancellation from your account — our team will confirm and stop future renewals.

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date. Please cancel before your next renewal date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.
